He served NTDC for over 36 years and retired as General Manager. His career includes senior leadership roles in EHV construction, grid stations and transmission-line projects across Pakistan, as well as engineering assignments in Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Muhammad Altaf Hussain Bhatti is a seasoned Contract Management Specialist with over 40 years of experience in procurement, contract administration, FIDIC-based contracts, EOT claims, and consultancy services for major water and power projects. He has extensive expertise in ADB, World Bank, KfW, and PPRA procurement procedures and has successfully managed contractual matters for numerous large-scale infrastructure projects during his tenure with WAPDA and BARQAAB Consulting Services.

Mr. Saqib Javaid is a seasoned finance and corporate management professional with over 25 years of experience in financial management, taxation, corporate compliance, auditing, procurement support, and company secretarial functions. He has extensive expertise in financial planning, statutory and internal audits, donor-funded projects, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. He is currently serving as Manager Finance at BARQAAB Consulting Services, where he oversees finance, taxation, SECP compliance, and financial management for major infrastructure consulting projects.
